MOLINE, ILLINOIS (February 28, 2023) — Renew Moline will host a visit from the members of Urban Land Institute on Wednesday, March 1, and Thursday, March 2, 2023. In 2021, Renew Moline — in partnership with the City of Moline, MetroLINK, and the John Deere Foundation — contracted with ULI to conduct an Advisory Panel, bringing together experts from around the country to discuss future of the I-74 bridge redevelopment area. The Urban Land Institute's Final Report was published in July 2021 . Since that time, Renew Moline and the City have conducted public meetings and outreach to seek input on the ideas contained in the Report.
